LGNN Social Committee

 The LaGrange Neighbors and Newcomers Social Committee is the heart of this community, planning theme events, game nights, food and wine tastings, pub crawls, and tournaments.  The Social Committee plans events every month, and you will be enticed to try something new and meeting someone new. 

Our regular annual events include the kick-off party held in the fall each year, Favorite Things, monthly Wine Down Wednesdays at a local restaurant or bar, a progressive cocktail night, a Halloween pub crawl and costume contest for couples, and the porch party.

During the height of Covid, the Social Committee smoothly pivoted to online events: the committee supported local businesses with a virtual Favorite Things and hosted Wine Down Wednesdays, trivia nights, and even a sommelier-led wine tasting via Zoom.  They also held many successful outdoor events in members' backyards.
